This fragrance-free toner is a new version of the Centella Green Level Calming Toner; completely free of essential oils. It makes rough skin caused by external irritation feel smooth and healthy by strengthening the damaged skin barrier with 10% Centella Asiatica Extract, an ingredient known to soothe irritated skin. There is also a slight pore tightening effect with Witch Hazel Extract. It is a weakly acidic (pH5.5), alcohol-free toner that tones the sensitive skin.
