1) Gift With Purchase (General T&Cs):

3) W Frenzy
Receive 20% off the total amount of your purchase (selected products and costs of delivery excluded). Offer is valid at W cosmetics stores and at wcosmetics.com.au from 24th November 2025 to 1st December 2025. Offer not valid with any other discounts, promotions or the purchase of physical gift cards, e-gift cards or gift vouchers. Discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Offer excludes Canmake, Miche Bloomin, House of KBeauty Box, Advent Calendar Box, My Amuse Pouch.
If purchased items are returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price. If the return alters eligibility for the discount, the discount will be forfeited and the refund adjusted accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time depending on stock availability.
4) Boxing Day Sale
The Boxing Day Sale is valid from 26th December 2025 to 31st December 2025 at participating stores and online while stocks last.
Discount amounts and eligible products vary by brand. Only participating brands and items listed on the Boxing Day Sale page are eligible. Selected brands, product ranges, gift sets, clearance items, and gift cards are excluded unless otherwise stated. Discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Stock availability may vary between stores and online. Items in cart are not reserved until checkout is completed. If purchased items are returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price. If the return alters eligibility for the discount, the discount will be forfeited and the refund adjusted accordingly.

4) World of W Ticket Competition

Promotion Name: World of W Ticket Competition.

Promoter: W cosmetics (the “Promoter”).

Promotion Period: The competition starts on 10th December 2025 9:00 AEDT and ends on 21st January 2026 17:00 AEDT (the “Promotion Period”). Entries outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of W cosmetics and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
a. To enter, you must purchase a valid World of W ticket during the Promotion Period.
b. Each ticket purchased equals one (1) entry into the competition.
c. Purchasing more tickets = more entries.
d. No other form of entry (including manual or third-party entry) will be accepted.

Prize and Value: There are thirty (30) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) Medicube Age-R Booster Pro Mini, valued at $138. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

Draw and Winner Selection:
a. Winners will be chosen by random draw on 21st January 2026 at 18:00.
b. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification: Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase within 5 business days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw held at the Promoter’s discretion.

Delivery of Prizes: Winners will receive their prize via postal delivery within a reasonable timeframe following verification. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.

General Conditions:
a. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions of the Promoter.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entry validity and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or contrary to these terms.
c. Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used in accordance with W cosmetics’ Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering the competition.
d. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

2) In-store Member Benefits
Membership discounts including Loyalty system and birthday discounts apply when customers make eligible purchases of products and services from our stores.
1. Loyalty System

Loyalty customers earn 3% credits of the retail price of every transaction through in-store shopping. (E.g. Spend $100 can earn 3 credits.)

The 3% credits can only be earned through purchasing full-price items only. If one transaction includes both full-price and discounted items, credits will only be calculated for the full-price item.

Spending store credits can be applied on both full-price and discounted items.
-
Customers can spend their loyalty points without a minimum threshold.
2. Birthday Discount

$10 off on the birthday when the customer spends $50 or more. The discount will only be applied on the exact date of the customer's birthday and for one-time use only. The discount only applies to full-price products.

The cashier serving is responsible for checking the customer’s ID to ensure that their date of birth matches their membership details.
3) Faulty or Defective Item Returns
All refunds and exchanges need to be made within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt.
We offer the following options:
- A replacement for the faulty or defective product.

Store Credit to customers.
4) Return and Exchange Policy
All refunds and exchanges need to be made within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by valid proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt.

NO refund or exchange for undergarments due to hygiene reasons.

NO refund or exchange on discounted products due to a defect or issue that was disclosed at point of sale.
a. Change of Mind
We do not accept any refunds due to a *change of mind; we do provide:

- An exchange for an alternative item
- Store Credit (For members only)
*Conditions for change of mind returns:
- The item must be in its original, unopened, and resalable condition.
- Sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.
- The product must be in original packaging, including wrapping and box.
b. Store Credit
Store credit can be issued to customers if the exchange process cannot be completed. (1 store credit equals 1 AUD)
c. Allergic Reactions
Allergic reactions as the reason for a refund will only be accepted if there is no tester available in the store. However, if there was a tester available in store, exchanges could still be provided for allergic reactions. A medical certificate is preferred for any allergic reaction but not mandatory.
5) Your Account
You will need to register an account with us to use our online purchasing service. You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
