Formulated to dial down the intensity of the base color, these highly transparent glitter eyeshadows can not only be used alone, but can also be layered over your favorite eyeshadows without dulling their color, allowing you to enjoy a stunning sparkle.
We recommend applying them in a line along your lower lids, or dotting them in the center of your upper lids, over another eyeshadow.
