This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern the promotional campaign (the Promotion) run by W Supply Pty Ltd trading as W cosmetics ABN 23 606 306 307 (W cosmetics). By making a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

Where run on a social media platform: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Information provided as part of an entry is provided to W cosmetics, not to the relevant platform.

1. APPLICABILITY

   Information about the Promotion, including any Qualifying Purchase requirements and the Gift, forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

   The Promotion will commence on 14.09.2026 (Commencement Date) at [9:00AM AEST] and end on 20.09.2026 (End Date) at 5:00PM AEST (Promotion Period).

3. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
   1. Participation in the Promotion is open to residents of Australia and/or New Zealand aged 18 years or over (unless otherwise stated for the relevant Promotion) who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, which can be accessed at Privacy Policy. All employees of W cosmetics and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
   2. Each person who complies with clause 3(a) above will be an ‘Eligible Entrant’ for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
   3. Unless otherwise stated for a particular Promotion, the maximum number of Gifts per Eligible Entrant per transaction is one (1).
   4. The Promotion is available while stocks of the Gift last and may end before the End Date if stock is exhausted.
   5. Where the Promotion is triggered by a social media action rather than a purchase: instead of a Qualifying Purchase, Eligible Entrants must [insert, e.g. follow [@insert account] on Instagram and/or upload and tag a photo as specified for the Promotion] (Qualifying Action) to receive the Gift.
4. QUALIFYING PURCHASE

   To be eligible for a Gift, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any Dasique product online via the Website (Qualifying Purchase). Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) Mermaid Hair Clip with any Qualifying Purchase. Purchases made prior to the Promotion Period are not eligible. The Qualifying Purchase must be made in a single transaction. Shipping fees, gift cards and any prior purchases are excluded.

5. CLAIMING THE GIFT
   1. To qualify for a Gift, an Eligible Entrant must make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period.
   2. Once W cosmetics has verified that an Eligible Entrant has made a Qualifying Purchase in accordance with these terms, the Eligible Entrant will be entitled to receive the Gift. Once a Gift has been issued, the Qualifying Purchase cannot be withdrawn for the purposes of this Promotion except in accordance with these terms.
6. GIFT
   1. The Eligible Entrant who makes a Qualifying Purchase will be entitled to Dasique Mermaid Hair Clip (Gift). Contents of the Gift may vary.
   2. All taxes and local government fees (excluding GST) that may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Gift are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Entrant.
   3. Where applicable, for example if the Gift is a third party voucher, the Gift is to be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that third party.
   4. W cosmetics is not liable for any loss or damage (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any Eligible Entrant accepting and/or using the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
   5. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that W cosmetics makes no promise or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Gift. If an Eligible Entrant has an issue or complaint with any organisation associated with the Gift, W cosmetics is not responsible for resolving the issue (though it may choose to do so).
   6. The Gift cannot be exchanged, refunded or substituted, except as set out in clause 7 below.
   7. Where a Qualifying Purchase is returned and, as a result, the Eligible Entrant no longer satisfies the Promotion requirements, W cosmetics may require the Gift to be returned in its original condition, or, where the Gift is not returned, deduct the retail value of the Gift from any refund, in each case consistent with the Eligible Entrant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
   8. Where the Gift is provided in connection with a Qualifying Action: if the relevant social media post, follow, upload or tag is later removed, undone or made private, W cosmetics may require the Gift to be returned.
7. RECEIVING YOUR GIFT

   The Gift will be provided to the Eligible Entrant at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, either in-store or together with the relevant online order.

8. GIFT SUBSTITUTION
   1. In the event that the Gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond W cosmetics’ control (including stock availability), W cosmetics may, at its absolute discretion, substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.
   2. The Gift is not redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
9. USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION
   1. W cosmetics will collect the Eligible Entrant’s personal information, including names, addresses and contact numbers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. W cosmetics may disclose the personal information it collects to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and W cosmetics’ agents or third-party service providers for the purposes of conducting the Promotion or for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media (Purpose).
   2. By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose. Claiming a Gift is conditional on providing this personal information. W cosmetics will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Privacy Policy, W cosmetics may also, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct personal information to W cosmetics, and direct any complaints regarding treatment of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    1. W cosmetics accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims for a Gift or other communications.
    2. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify W cosmetics. An Eligible Entrant should direct any request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Gift to W cosmetics.
    3. W cosmetics may at its absolute discretion request verification of eligibility or any information provided for the purposes of the Promotion and arranging a Gift.
    4. W cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms and conditions, who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion, or where W cosmetics suspects fraud, misuse or abuse in connection with the Promotion. Failure by W cosmetics to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    5. By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions, the Promotion and the consequences of receiving a Gift may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers such as social media platforms, payment providers and delivery companies (Third Party Terms). W cosmetics will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Eligible Entrants in connection with such Third Party Terms.
    6. Participants in the Promotion may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by W cosmetics. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the maximum extent that it is permitted to do so by law, W cosmetics (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation:
       1. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
       2. any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by W cosmetics) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of W cosmetics;
       3. any variation in market value of the Gift to that stated in these terms and conditions;
       4. any tax implications; and/or
       5. the Gift or any use of the Gift.
    7. W cosmetics will not be liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, W cosmetics reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or amend these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
    8. W cosmetics may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
    9. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
    10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, Australia. Eligible Entrants are responsible for all incidental expenses to make a Qualifying Purchase.

any tax implications; and/or

the Gift or any use of the Gift.

W cosmetics will not be liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, W cosmetics reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or amend these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

W cosmetics may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern the promotional campaign (the Promotion) run by W Supply Pty Ltd trading as W cosmetics ABN 23 606 306 307 (W cosmetics ). By making a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

APPLICABILITY

Information about the Promotion, including any Qualifying Purchase requirements and the Gift, forms part of these terms and conditions.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will commence on 8:00PM 22 October 2026 for World Square Store & 12:00AM 23 October 2026 for participating AU Stores & eCommerce (Commencement Date) and end on13 November 2026 (End Date) at 5:00PM(Promotion Period).

ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS

Participation in the Promotion is open to residents of Australia and/or New Zealand aged 18 years or over (unless otherwise stated for the relevant Promotion) who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, which can be accessed at [insert link] (Privacy Policy). All employees of W cosmetics and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

Each person who complies with clause 3(a) above will be an ‘Eligible Entrant’ for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular Promotion, the maximum number of Gifts per Eligible Entrant per transaction is one (1).

The Promotion is available while stocks of the Gift last and may end before the End Date if stock is exhausted.

Where the Promotion is triggered by a social media action rather than a purchase: instead of a Qualifying Purchase, Eligible Entrants must [insert, e.g. follow [@insert account] on Instagram and/or upload and tag a photo as specified for the Promotion] (Qualifying Action) to receive the Gift.

QUALIFYING PURCHASE

To be eligible for a Gift, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase 2 or more Chasin’ Rabbits products from AU stores or the AU online store in a single transaction, either in-store at a participating store or online via the Website (Qualifying Purchase). Eligible Entrants are responsible for all incidental expenses to make a Qualifying Purchase.

Claiming the Gift

To qualify for a Gift, an Eligible Entrant must make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period.

Once W cosmetics has verified that an Eligible Entrant has made a Qualifying Purchase in accordance with these terms, the Eligible Entrant will be entitled to receive the Gift. Once a Gift has been issued, the Qualifying Purchase cannot be withdrawn for the purposes of this Promotion except in accordance with these terms.

GIFT

The Eligible Entrant who makes a Qualifying Purchase will be entitled to Apple Jam Scrub Foam 20ml_mini (Gift). Contents of the Gift may vary.

All taxes and local government fees (excluding GST) that may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Gift are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Entrant.

Where applicable, for example if the Gift is a third party voucher, the Gift is to be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that third party.

W cosmetics is not liable for any loss or damage (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any Eligible Entrant accepting and/or using the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Eligible Entrants acknowledge that W cosmetics makes no promise or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Gift. If an Eligible Entrant has an issue or complaint with any organisation associated with the Gift, W cosmetics is not responsible for resolving the issue (though it may choose to do so).

The Gift cannot be exchanged, refunded or substituted, except as set out in clause 8 below.

Where a Qualifying Purchase is returned and, as a result, the Eligible Entrant no longer satisfies the Promotion requirements, W cosmetics may require the Gift to be returned in its original condition, or, where the Gift is not returned, deduct the retail value of the Gift from any refund, in each case consistent with the Eligible Entrant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Gift is provided in connection with a Qualifying Action: if the relevant social media post, follow, upload or tag is later removed, undone or made private, W cosmetics may require the Gift to be returned.

Receiving Your Gift

The Gift will be provided to the Eligible Entrant at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, either in-store or together with the relevant online order.

GIFT SUBSTITUTION

In the event that the Gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond W cosmetics’ control (including stock availability), W cosmetics may, at its absolute discretion, substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.

The Gift is not redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

W cosmetics will collect the Eligible Entrant’s personal information, including names, addresses and contact numbers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. W cosmetics may disclose the personal information it collects to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and W cosmetics’ agents or third-party service providers for the purposes of conducting the Promotion or for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media (Purpose).

By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose. Claiming a Gift is conditional on providing this personal information. W cosmetics will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Privacy Policy, W cosmetics may also, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct personal information to W cosmetics, and direct any complaints regarding treatment of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

W cosmetics accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims for a Gift or other communications.

Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify W cosmetics. An Eligible Entrant should direct any request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Gift to W cosmetics.

W cosmetics may at its absolute discretion request verification of eligibility or any information provided for the purposes of the Promotion and arranging a Gift.

W cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms and conditions, who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion, or where W cosmetics suspects fraud, misuse or abuse in connection with the Promotion. Chasin' Rabbits Pop Up – Mega Kit Lucky Draw (COMPETITION).

Below are the terms and conditions for the Competition. By submitting an entry for the Competition, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

1.                Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2.                The Organisers are W Supply Pty Ltd trading as W cosmetics ABN 23 606 306 307.

1                 COMPETITION PERIOD

(a)              The Competition will commence on 22 October 2026 from 8:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and end on 29 October 2026 at 5:00PM AEST (Competition Period).

(b)              The draw will be a random draw conducted electronically on 30 October 2026 at 4:00PM AEST.

2                 ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS

(a)              Entry is open to residents of Australia and/or New Zealand aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated for the relevant Competition (Eligible Entrants).

(b)              Directors, management and employees of the Organisers and their immediate family are not eligible to enter the Competition. In addition, retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies engaged by or related to the Competition are ineligible to enter.

(c)              For the purposes of clause (b), “immediate family” includes a person’s spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin, whether or not they live in the same household.

(d)              The Competition requires no fee to enter. However, Eligible Entrants are responsible for all reasonable expenses incurred in submitting an entry.

3                 ENTERING THE COMPETITION

(a)              To enter, Eligible Entrants must be a W Loyalty member or sign up to W Loyalty & spend $80 or more on Chasin' Rabbits products only at World Square W cosmetics store.

(b)              [Limit of one (1) entry per W cosmetics loyalty account. New and existing W cosmetics loyalty members are eligible. Multiple entries linked to the same loyalty account beyond the stated limit will be disqualified.

4                 THE DRAW

(a)              The Competition is a game of chance. Winners will be selected by random draw.

(b)              The draw will be conducted on 30 October 2026 at 4:00PM AEST using an online random number generator.

(c)              Each valid entry received during the Competition Period will have an equal chance of being selected.

(d)              The draw does not need to be conducted in public.

5                 PRIZE

The prize available under this Competition are set out below (each a Prize).

(d)              Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Organisers make no promise or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Prize and that any products or services received as a consequence of winning the Prize are not the responsibility of the Organisers. If the winners have an issue or complaint with an airline, hotel, transfer company or other supplier, the Organisers are not responsible for resolving the issue (though they may choose to do so).

6                 WINNER NOTIFICATION

(a)              Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw being conducted.

(b)              The winner's first initial, surname and suburb will be published on the Organiser’s website within 4 business days of the draw and will remain published for 28 days.

7                 PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

(a)              In the event that any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organisers’ control, the Organisers may, at their absolute discretion, substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value.

(b)              The Prize is not redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

8                 UNCLAIMED PRIZES

(a)              The Organisers will use their best endeavours to contact the winners of a Prize using the contact details provided in their entry. However the Organisers will not be liable for the winners’ failure to receive a notification of winning if they provided incorrect contact details, their email security settings caused the notification to enter the spam or junk folder, or if they have not updated their domain or email subscription to receive the notification.

(b)              If a prize is not accepted or claimed within 14 days of the Organisers notifying the winner, the winner will forfeit the prize.

(c)              If a prize is unclaimed, the Organisers will conduct a re-draw on 4 November 2026 to select a new winner under the same conditions as the original draw.

(d)              If a prize remains unclaimed after the re-draw, the prize will be forfeited and the Organisers will have no further obligation to award that prize.

9                 USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

(a)              Personal information including name, email address, phone number, suburb/postcode, payment details and any other information submitted as part of an entry will be collected by the Organisers for the Purpose of:

(i)               administering the Competition, including conducting the draw and notifying winners;

(ii)              publishing the winner's name as required;

(iii)             sending marketing and promotional communications; and

(iv)             any other purposes identified in our Privacy Policy.

(b)              By entering this Competition, the Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose, and that the Organisers may contact them for future marketing and material purposes without payment. Eligible Entrants agree that the Organisers may use this information for that purpose and disclose it to other organisations or persons, including overseas service providers that may use it in any media for the Purpose.

(c)              The Organisers may contact the Eligible Entrants to participate in publicity, photography and any other promotional activity as the Organisers reasonably require without any compensation.

(d)              When submitting an entry, the Eligible Entrants must ensure that the relevant waivers and photo release forms are signed by anyone who appears in any Videos or images submitted in an entry.

(e)              Eligible Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information by emailing the Organisers at cs@wcosmetics.com.au. A copy of the Organisers’ Privacy Policy is available at https://wcosmetics.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related complaint.

10              GENERAL CONDITIONS

(a)              Any disputes regarding the conduct of the Competition or the claiming of prizes will be resolved by the Organisers in their absolute discretion. No correspondence will be entered into.

(b)              The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.

(c)              Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Organisers.

(d)              The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms and conditions, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the fair and proper conduct of this Competition, or engages in fraudulent or improper conduct. Failure by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

(e)              Participants in the Competition may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Organisers. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way.

(f)               However, to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 10(g) the total liability of each party in respect of loss or damage sustained by the other party in connection with these terms is limited to the amount equivalent to the competition prize.

(g)              Clause 10(f) does not apply to any Participant’s liability in respect of loss or damage sustained by the Organisers arising from a Participant's breach of breach of third party intellectual property rights.

(h)              The Organisers will not be liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including any decision of a government authority. If the Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Organisers reserve the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, or amend these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

(i)               If the prize includes goods or services provided by a third party, those goods or services are subject to the third party's terms and conditions. The Organisers are not responsible for any aspect of third-party goods or services.
