Experience Korea, shop it forever at W cosmetics (the “Promotion”).

Promoter:

The Promoter is W Supply Pty Ltd trading as W cosmetics (ABN 23 606 306 307, ACN 606 306 307) of Ground Floor, Terrace Building, 60 Union Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009, Australia (the “Promoter”).

This promotion is conducted in partnership with Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd (“Jetstar”). Jetstar is not the promoter of the competition.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Promotion Period:

The Promotion commences at 2:00pm AEST on 17 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 3 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 20 years and over.

Entrants must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity or valid, unexpired visa documentation allowing entry to South Korea.

Employees of the Promoter, Jetstar, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow @wcosmetics and @jetstaraustralia on Instagram; and
  • Complete the entry form via the designated landing page, including submitting a response of 100 words or less explaining why they want to travel to Seoul, Korea with W cosmetics.

Entries must be original and submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Entry Requirements:

  1. Entries must be the original work of the entrant.
  2. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringe on third-party rights.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

Prize Details:

There will be two (2) winners.

The total prize pool value is AUD $5,005.80 per winner, depending on travel dates and availability.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Travel dates are fixed for 27– 30 May 2026 and cannot be changed.

Travel Requirements:

  • Winners must be available to travel on the specified dates.
  • Winners must arrive on time for all scheduled activities, including all flight departures to and from Seoul and all brand sessions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of participation, and no alternative arrangements will be made.
  • Winners must remain responsive and reachable via agreed communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp) for updates and coordination throughout the trip.
  • Winners must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity. If their passport is not eligible for visa-free entry to South Korea, they must have a valid, unexpired visa documentation allowing entry to South Korea.
  • Winners are responsible for ensuring all travel documentation requirements are met prior to departure. The Promoter and Jetstar will not be responsible for delays, denied boarding, or additional costs arising from failure to meet these requirements.
  • Winners are advised to bring sufficient personal funds (including cash), as some locations may not accept card payments.
  • Winners are permitted one (1) carry-on baggage item (maximum 7kg) and one (1) checked baggage item (maximum 20kg), in accordance with airline policies.
  • Winners are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the trip. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
  • All international travel included in the Prize is based on departure from and return to Sydney, Australia. Any additional travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner.
  • For non-Sydney-based winners, one-way flight from the winner’s home state (Australia) or from New Zealand to Sydney prior to departure will be covered as part of the Prize.
  • The Promoter and Jetstar are not responsible for any costs outside of the stated prize inclusions.

Travel Exclusions:

  • For Sydney-based winners, all transport to and from Sydney Airport is their own responsibility.
  • For non-Sydney-based winners, one-way flights from the winner’s home state (Australia) or from New Zealand to Sydney prior to departure will be covered as part of the Prize. However, all travel after the trip from Sydney Airport back to the winner’s home state or country is not included and must be arranged and paid for by the winner.
  • Any meals not expressly specified in the itinerary
  • All telecommunications expenses, including SIM cards, roaming, and mobile data usage
  • Personal expenses, including but not limited to shopping, leisure activities, and optional experiences outside the itinerary
  • Any additional baggage fees exceeding the standard airline allowance included in the Prize
  • Travel documentation costs, including passport renewal, visa application fees, or any required entry permits
  • Clinical or cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance under this agreement. Guests may arrange their own insurance if they wish.

For the avoidance of doubt, any costs or expenses not expressly stated as part of the Prize inclusions are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Clinical Treatment Experience Details:

  • Participation in the clinical treatment (provided by AB Plastic Surgery) is optional and subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
  • Winners may choose one (1) treatment from: Rejuran, Hydro Lifting, Thermage, or Ultherapy, with the final treatment confirmed by the provider.
  • Results may vary, and treatments are undertaken at the guest’s own discretion.
  • Winners must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Winner Selection (Game of Skill)

This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. 

Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on: 

  • Creativity 
  • Originality 
  • Relevance to the theme 

Winners will be selected on 4 May 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. 

Winner Notification and Announcement:

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the details provided in the entry form within one (1) business day of selection.

If a winner does not respond within two (2) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Redraw winners will be notified via email within one (1) business day.

  • Participate in filming, photography, and promotional content during the trip;
  • Create and share social media content during and/or after the trip (reasonable expectations will be outlined by the Promoter); and
  • Grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish such content across marketing channels, including social media, website, paid advertising, and email, without further compensation.

Winner Conduct and Participation Requirements:

By accepting the prize, winners agree to:

  1. Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the trip, including during all scheduled activities, brand visits, and interactions with W cosmetics, partner brands, and other participants;
  2. Comply with all reasonable directions, safety requirements, and travel instructions provided by the Promoter and its representatives;
  3. Participate in the planned itinerary, including media, content, and brand-related activities, unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter;
  4. Refrain from any behaviour that is unlawful, unsafe, offensive, disruptive, or likely to damage the reputation of the Promoter, its partners, or associated brands.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to remove a winner from part, or all of the trip, or terminate their participation, if the winner breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate conduct.
  6. In such circumstances, the Promoter will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner, including travel or accommodation expenses.
  7. Winners must not publish content that is misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the values of the Promoter or its partners.

Prize Conditions:

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Modify travel arrangements if required due to availability or external factors; and
  • Substitute any component of the prize with an equivalent of equal or greater value.

General Conditions:

  1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.
  3. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required.
