Ingredient Information Accessibility Update
At W cosmetics, transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do.
We’ve identified specific products available online and in-store where ingredient information was not presented as clearly as it should have been. List of possible affected products available below.
What we’ve done
We take this matter seriously, and while QR codes and printed ingredient information were already available in-store via the Point of Sale, we have proactively implemented the following additional measures to ensure customers have clear and immediate access to ingredient details across all products:
- On-pack ingredient labelling applied wherever space permits
- Shelf talkers are available where on-pack space is limited

If you have experienced any uncertainty or confusion regarding product ingredients, we invite you to take the following steps:
- Review full ingredient information in-store or via the links associated with the listed products below
- Keep your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement)
If this affects you
If you believe you’ve purchased a product that did not include ingredient information, you may be eligible for the following:
- A full refund
- A replacement product, if preferred
How to make a claim
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at cs@wcosmetics.com.au with the following information:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or bank statement)
- Your name and the approximate purchase date (online or in-store)
Once received, we will issue a prepaid return label. Please place the product in a sealed box, apply the label, and drop it off at any Australia Post location. Where possible, return the item in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, or a replacement product can be arranged.
