The TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is a highly-concentrated milky toner that provides deep, long-lasting hydration for glowing, healthy and radiant skin. Infused with complexion-brightening ingredients such as Rice Bran Extracts and Niacinamide, as well as Cica and Witch Hazel to soothe and hydrate skin.
