Does the Banila Co Prime Primer Classic really worth the first place in Korean beauty show, Get It Beauty’s blind test, let’s find out! This primer has a gel-like texture and becomes watery and luminous when I rubbed it onto my face, this consistency is so lightweight, basically like a well-moisturised second layer skin on top of my skin. I recommend using a small amount will do the trick, once you applied too much white bunches will start forming on your skin, less is more when it comes to this product. This product works really good foundation, not only hydrant my dry skin, but also works well for oil control throughout the day, increased the longevity of your makeup, even gave you a non-grassy natural glow afterwards.
Yet, this product doesn't blur out the majority of my pores as they claimed on the packaging, some of my bigger pores still visible after application which is kind of disappointing compared to some of the pore-filler primers like Benefit Professional. But, overall I really enjoy this product, it does truly work on my dry skin, moisturise yet does the job of oil control, gave me a semi-matte finish. I love the silky texture this product gave me, reducing the visibility of my fine-lines due to skin sensitivity. I recommend the classic version of normal to combination skin types, dry skin can either add moisturiser before application or go for the moisturising version.
